1. Who we are

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store:

• your email address,
• the role you picked (brand or agency / creator),
• the time you gave consent,
• a one-way hash of your IP address and your browser identifier (user agent), used only to block abuse of the form.

We do not use cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or third-party fonts. The site loads everything from our own server.

3. Why, and on what legal basis

• Waitlist contact - to tell you when Evertwin is available to you and to ask what you need from it. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• Abuse prevention - rate limiting of the form. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the service working (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

Until you withdraw consent, or [24 months] after the waitlist closes, whichever comes first. Rate-limit records are deleted automatically after 10 minutes.

5. Who else sees it

Only our hosting provider, [HOSTING PROVIDER LEGAL NAME, e.g. Seohost], which stores the data on servers in Poland under a data processing agreement. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and we do not transfer it outside the European Economic Area.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or hand it over in a portable format. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what we did before you withdrew. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, uodo.gov.pl).

7. Changes

If this policy changes, we update the date at the top. If a change matters to people already on the waitlist, we email them.
